Hampshire County Council is hosting an online event designed to help employers discover the value that young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) can bring to their organisations.
All Our Talents: Alternative Recruitment Solutions will explore how businesses can access a motivated, creative and loyal talent pool while addressing recruitment challenges and skills gaps.
Hosted online on Thursday 6 November 2025 from 1:00–2:00pm, this free session will demonstrate practical ways employers can:
- Reduce the time and cost associated with recruitment
- Access a wide pool of passionate and capable young people
- Fill ongoing skills and workforce gaps
- Build a more inclusive workforce that reflects their community and customers
Employers will gain insight into how inclusive recruitment can enhance innovation, improve workplace culture, and create meaningful opportunities for young people to thrive.
This event is free to attend and open to all businesses.
