Partner Reports

Hampshire Chamber of Commerce commissioned 15 specialist Partner Reports to capture the views of employers across key sectors and strengthen the evidence underpinning our Hampshire and Solent Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP). Developed through engagement with businesses, FE and HE providers, the reports highlight current and future skills needs, workforce challenges and opportunities for growth, ensuring that employer voices remain at the heart of skills planning across the region.

About the Partner Reports

The Partner Reports provide a sector-by-sector view of the skills challenges and opportunities facing employers across Hampshire and the Solent. Drawing on insights from businesses, industry representatives, and education and training providers, each report explores workforce demand, recruitment and retention issues, emerging skills requirements, and priorities for future workforce development. Together, they offer valuable evidence to support collaboration between employers, education providers and stakeholders in addressing the region’s skills needs.
