Hampshire County Council to host series of Reverse Job Fairs

A Reverse Jobs Fair turns the traditional recruitment model on its head. Instead of employers hosting stands, our interns take the lead by hosting their own showcasing their strengths, skills, experiences and career interests. This allows employers to gain a clearer picture of how individuals might fit within their teams and roles.

The event is open to employers who are currently recruiting, as well as those who may not have immediate vacancies. Employers are invited to circulate the room, engage with interns through one to one conversations, and raise awareness of roles and career pathways within their organisations that interns may not have previously considered. This approach helps organisations develop inclusive talent pipelines and stay connected with emerging talent beyond immediate vacancies.

If you would like to attend, meet our interns and explore inclusive recruitment opportunities, please refer to this flyer for dates and times and get in touch to confirm your attendance.  Find out more here.
