Hampshire business leaders set to raise their sights on Journey to Greatness
Hampshire Chamber of Commerce has launched an interactive coaching programme to help business leaders and decision makers lay the groundwork for future growth.
Beginning in September 2022, Journey to Greatness will be led by business experts with global coaching experience across a range of industry sectors.
Up to 20 participants will form a facilitated peer network meeting online seven times over three months to address challenges and share insights.
The sessions, lasting 90 minutes each, will be complemented by a self-service learning platform and library of resources.
Journey to Greatness is the latest tier of the wider Chamber Business Solutions, a community of practice formed by the Chamber and training partner Mission Performance during the pandemic.
Rob Lewis, Founding Director of Mission Performance, said: “The impact of Covid has meant that businesses everywhere have had to reset their strategies, goals and ways of working.
“What has been striking over the past two years is the trust people place on insight from peers and colleagues.
“There really has been a cultural shift in how business leaders collaborate and address their personal and professional development.
“While we initially designed Chamber of Solutions as a safe, supportive place in which to meet to discuss pandemic challenges, we recognise that business need evolves all the time.
“That’s why we’re launching Journey to Greatness as a dedicated peer network to help participants connect, succeed and grow.”
