Incoterms® Rules for 2020

Incoterms® Rules for 2020

1 October 2019

New version of Incoterms will be published in September 2019 and we have arranged for an update course to make the latest information available. The Incoterms® Rules are an essential business tool for international trade because they define the risk and cost responsibilities of each party when arranging loading/unloading of the goods, delivery, import export clearance and freight contracts. They may be used in contract negotiations, as a checklist for buyers and sellers and as a framework for international and domestic sales contracts.

The Incoterms® Rules are an essential business tool for exporters and  importers because they define the risk and cost responsibilities of each party when arranging loading/unloading of the goods, delivery, import/export clearance and freight contracts. They may be used in contract negotiations, as a checklist for buyers and sellers and as a framework for international and domestic sales contracts.

The seminar will be particularly relevant to export sales, purchasing, shipping, finance, customer service staff and senior managers from both exporters and importers as well as those from freight forwarders, shipping and financial institutions.
