A series of monthly events held on the second Monday of each month with guest speakers that will address a business topical issue.
This month we will be hearing from Martin White of Thinkers on choosing the right business system.
CRM systems - choosing the right horse for the course
As a small or medium sized business you're probably trying to keep costs down and get things done with the minimum of interruption to the important matter of selling and delivering your products and services.
You'll not be alone if you do a lot of your office work on spreadsheets, because you understand them and can get the job done. But you also feel there's probably a smarter way of handling things. Especially if you want to scale up or become more efficient.
For example, you've been told using a Customer Relation Management (CRM) system to get all your customer data and interactions in one place would be good. It should enable you to sell more. The catch is you don't know which system to choose. There are lots out there. Is it about prospects? Is it about customers? Can you use it for customer service and support? Should you go cloud-based? Who should you ask which one is best? The software suppliers? Your accountant? The man in the pub?
How do you choose the right system for your business now and in the future? One that is cost effective, gives you real benefits today and one that will support your growth, not hinder it.
In this session, independent software selection experts Thinkers will explain their approach to choosing the right horse for the course and how you can apply it to your business.
