We know that the last 2 years have been difficult for everyone, with new ways of working, extra stresses and change galore, leading to a looming “mental health crisis”, so it is important now more than ever that leaders and line managers have the skills and confidence to support their staff.
If you manage a team, then this introduction to the topics of mental health, wellbeing, resilience and stress at work is perfect for you.

- Practical tools to build a positive, supportive culture within your team and to help reduce the stigma that is often associated with mental illness.
- Advice on good workplace practices to support wellbeing and help build resilience
