Complaint procedure

Should you have a need to complain about any aspect of our service then please put this in writing to Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, Wates House, Wallington Hill, Fareham, Hants PO16 7BJ or email: info@hampshirechamber.co.uk (or your staff contact)

We will acknolwedge your correspondence within 48 working hours and undertake an investigation into your issue responding promptly once that has been completed. If the investigation is likely to be a lengthy one we will keep you inform at regular intervals
