Things are hotting up ahead of the budget

The Budget, scheduled for 21 March, is likely to be the most important budget for many years as businesses remain cautious and guarded. With economic recovery slower that predicted, ahead of the budget the CBI and British Chambers of Commerce have been lobbying the Chancellor behalf of UK businesses and Hampshire Chamber is keeping a watching brief.
