HS2 - The Government's decision explained

Hampshire Chamber of Commerce has received a letter from Justine Greening MP and indepth leaflet explaining the Government's decision on HS2.

In July, the Chamber's response was one of over 54,000 received by the Government in respect of a consultation that was wide-ranging and controversial.

Crucial to the overall network of rail freight and passenger services, the HS2 proposals were supported by Chamber in terms of economic viability; but also opening up the debate and progression of a western-link into Heathrow.
