Neighbourhood Planning Regulations Consultation ending 5th January

16 Dec 11

The Localism Bill (now The Localism Act 2011) leaves various procedural and technical requirements of the neighbourhood planning system to regulations.

This consultation, which has been quietly underway since 13 October, seeks views on whether the proposed neighbourhood planning regulations are fit for purpose.

The Chamber will be submitting comments in time for the deadline of 5 January 2012.

Please send your comments to Ian Welland, Head of Area Development: ian.welland@hampshirechamber.co.uk or complete the formal questionnaire that can be found online from the link below, which also has a full copy of the Consultation document, and submit comments direct to the Department for Communities and Local Government.
