Do any of your employees need financial help?

The Consumer Financial Education Body, which was up until recently part of the Financial Services Authority provides a range services for employees re financial education which is received via the workplace. Please click here for details. Their purpose is to provide impartial advice on personal money matters and help people improve their ability to manage their money. This has a positive impact on wellbeing and mental distress/mental illness, which will consequently have a positive effect on staff absenteeism and retention.

Smarter Working Centres Offer for Chamber Members

Each centre offers entrepreneurs, business start-ups, home-based businesses and commuters low-cost allocated office and meeting space and the opportunity to work  locally and therefore avoid the stress and cost of the peak-time journey to work.  Especially created FREE to use, on-line search folders have also been set-up for budding entrepreneurs and recently redundant professionals and executives.

 

The shared, allocated work space model helps ensure Smarter Working Centre costs are kept low.  Depending upon the membership package chosen, work-space can work out at as little as £1.50 per hour.

 

Hampshire Chamber members are currently able to claim a 10% reduction off the SWC Network tariffs and prospective Hampshire Chamber members can additionally save the normal £25 joining fee if they are  Smarter Working Centre client.
