Hampshire Asian Network (HAN)

Welcome to Hampshire Asian Network, helping Asian businesses from Basingstoke to Southampton, Andover to Portsmouth and beyond.

 

Hampshire Asian Network (HAN) is a newly-formed business network which is an integral part of Hampshire Chamber of Commerce. HAN interprets ‘Asian’ in its broadest cultural sense and welcome businesses from all sectors, sizes and communities to become an active part of the network.

 

The aims of HAN are:

  • To provide opportunities for the Hampshire Asian business community to work together, forge alliances within the wider business community, and engage with stakeholders and organisations.
  • To develop a closer working relationship with Hampshire Chamber of Commerce members.  
  • To maximise access to existing support services available through Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and other local and regional agencies.
  • To provide business networking events that enable members to make new business connections across the county and further afield.
  • To encourage membership of Asian businesses to Hampshire Chamber of Commerce

A word from our Chairman, Jojar Singh,

Ian Welland, Head of Area Development for Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and Vice-Chairman of HAN says,
