The role of a Company Director has many facets, requiring an understanding of legal responsibilities and various leadership themes and concepts.

The aim of this introductory course is to provide delegates with an overview of the scope and requirements of company directorship focusing on the role, powers, duties and responsibilities of a company director. The course covers legal and regulatory issues and elements of best practice. It is suitable for potential and newly appointed directors and those with some experience who would like to consolidate and review their knowledge
