Director & President: Dick Oram, Oram Consulting
Dick is President of Hampshire Chamber and also the local figurehead for North Hampshire. He is totally committed to the local economy, public and private sector enterprise and support of local business, particularly SMEs.
He was a TEC Board member and a founding Board member, then Deputy Chair of Business Link Wessex and is still a Director of the Southern Enterprise Alliance.
He is also Chairman of First Partnership, an EBP in North Hampshire, having previously worked with schools in South Hampshire in projects associated with the PUSH initiative". He is also Deputy Chair of HEP
Director & Chairman: Simon Greenly, Greenlys
A Director of Portsmouth & SE Hampshire Chamber, Simon has worked with owner managers of more than 30 private companies, having first cut his teeth on the turnaround of Les Routiers. Simon's roles include that of Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Investor and Business Adviser. His current relationships are in electronic publishing, software development, computer and internet services and manufacturing.
Simon collaborates with a number of local government agencies including Companies House, BERR and the Bank of England. He also works with University of Portsmouth in their Centre for Enterprise as a business adviser.
Executive Director: Jimmy Chestnutt
Director General of the Southampton & Fareham Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Jimmy has also been appointed Chief Executive for Hampshire Chamber of Commerce.
Jimmy joined the Chamber in 2005 having spent the previous 11 years with Associated British Ports, as the Deputy Port Manager and Harbour Master for the Port of Southampton. In 1996 he was appointed Marine Advisor to the ABP Harbour Authority and Board.
Executive Director: Maureen Frost
Chief Executive of Portsmouth & South East Hampshire Chamber of Commerce prior to taking on the role of Director of Operations for Hampshire Chamber, Maureen has been with the Chamber movement since 1997.
Prior to joining the Chamber Maureen was part of the business lending department at NatWest Bank
Director: Derek Chartres, Business Services Group
Derek is MD of The Business Services Group, providing Business Services and Facilities, Logistical Support and Print Solutions to businesses across the south for 20 years.
Derek is also Immediate Past Chairman of Hampshire Chamber and a past President of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce
Director: Peter Robertson, Condor Office Solutions Ltd
Peter is currently the local figurehead for the Southampton area of Hampshire Chamber and Chairs of the Southampton Policy Board of Hampshire Chamber.
In 1990 Peter joined Condor Office Solutions Ltd as sales manager and is now a shareholding director of the company. Condor is based in Southampton, supplying and servicing network printers/scanners/copiers and associated software predominantly to the SME sector. Condor employs 38 happy staff and has been judged by Canon (The market leading manufacturer) to have the best customer satisfaction levels in the industry.

Director: Jan Ward, Corrotherm International Ltd
Immediate Past President of Southampton & Fareham Chamber of Commerce & Industry,
Jan is a Mechanical Engineer by background and has spent 30 years in the metals industry. She has worked at board level for several international steel and specialty metals producers and distributors in US, Europe and Middle East.
Jan is the CEO and founder of Corrotherm International Ltd a company which specialises in the supply of high alloys to niche markets. The company has been established for 16 years and offices in UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, South Africa and Libya.
Jan was also crowned NatWest/Everywoman Business Woman of the Year in 2009
Director: Peter Whalley, James Cowper LLP

Peter is a partner in James Cowper LLP. He has nearly 30 years' experience, developing assignments in the UK, Europe, USA and East Africa. Peter has built up a wide range of sector specific experience including aerospace, automotive, insurance, IT, marine, property, retail, telecoms and textiles. |

As well as his professional experience, Peter has gained valuable hands on industry knowledge from a number of consulting and interim management assignments. These include a twelve-month assignment reporting to the board of a health/retail operation with nationwide representation. |

Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered accountants in England and Wales which has awarded him an Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance; and licences him to accept insolvency appointments. |
Director: Ian Squires, Skilz UK
Ian has recently joined the Hampshire Chamber Board having been a committee member in Basingstoke.

Director: Charles Marchant-White, QualitySolicitors Clarke and Son
Charles Marchant-White is a Solicitor and Partner in QualitySolicitors Clarke and Son, a firm established in 1862, based in Basingstoke; specialising in all aspects involving commercial property (other than disputes) from start-ups to multi-million pound transactions. Charles heads up their Property Department.
Charles is well known for his flexible, technical and pragmatic approach and has in-depth knowledge of Basingstoke; as well as the area down the M3 including Southampton having acted for many clients that have included higher net worth individuals, owner - managed businesses,
charities, personal and small pension schemes.
Charles is Chairman of the Chamber’s Basingstoke Area Committee and a founding member and Trustee of the Heartburn Cancer Awareness and Support Charity (Reg. Charity No. 1136413).
Outside work Charles enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as other pursuits including walking - Dartmoor Letterboxing - Sailing - Scuba Diving; and learning to
play golf …to name but a few!
